Ric has been found to be the traitor in the explosion of Imperium HQ. With this added element, we’re now a little bit closer as to finding out why and how. The Joint Meraxis-CSP security forces request you to be a detective on the case. You are tasked with searching for clues in which implicate the guilt of the offender, Ric.

Whatever you find, you will be called as a witness as trial to confirm to evidence. Your testimony will be viewed as one of the utmost important aspects of the trial. The way you present your evidence:

A) With leniency, thus resulting in a lighter sentence.

or

B) With no mercy, thus resulting in a death sentence.

Will sway the outcome of the trial.

You are to write a fiction of at least 500 words which will be split into 2 parts. The first part will be you collecting evidence on Ric. The second part will be you being questioned on said evidence by CSP’s Head of Internal Security. The Head of Internal Security will be the only one questioning you on the evidence.

The prompts with the most entries will influence the result. Make sure to put which prompt you use either in document title or in the submission box.

The Voice Fiction Rubric will be how you are graded. Higher scoring entries will be ones that not only follow the rubric, but entries that are two sections telling each side of the story and having them complement each other in a way that makes sense. Higher scoring entries will also have a slow build up to a shocking ending, with drama built into the story’s finale.

Acceptable formats are doc, docx, pdf, or text box submissions. However, pdf documents are preferred.
