Get the most clusters in DB supported games and Casual Queue as you can!
Clusters of Fire and Clusters of Earth will be equal for this competition.
This competition will utilize a per-platform cap of 210 clusters. This means that any clusters of a particular platform that you submit to this competition over 210 will not award points for this competition. The cap is individual to each platform so for example if a member submits 200 clusters of Battlefront and 200 clusters of SWTOR they would receive 400 points in the competition but if the member submitted 400 clusters of Battlefront they would only receive 210 points. Each supported game counts as a platform and casual queue as a whole counts as a platform regardless of game played. Any clusters you submit to casual queue, no matter what game you're playing count toward the cap of casual queue as a platform.
The Rites of Combat vendetta rules are in effect for this competition. Use of the party create tool on Discord is mandatory for all gaming sessions submitted to this competition. Submissions to this competition will be checked to ensure that a Discord party was created when the games were played. Because of this verification, site submissions must be made within 24 hours of when the games were played. Gaming sessions that are not advertised in Discord will be remanded or denied. If you have questions or technical issues regarding the use of the party create tool please contact the Fist.
Discord parties should at least be large enough to match the mode being played. For example, if you are playing a 4v4 mode in Halo then your Discord party should have at least 4 slots so members who want to join have a chance to join. For 1v1 games such as Hearthstone or JA duels the party should be at least 4 slots so members who want to join can get a 1v1 session.
Asynchronous or long-term games like online Scrabble should create a party up to the maximum number of players and leave the party open for at least an hour prior to starting. This rule only applies if the game is intended to be played over a long period of time. If the game is intended to be played and completed within a two-hour timespan then run a discord party as normal. Questions should be directed to the Fist.
Single clan submissions are allowed (e.g. all the members on the submission are from the same clan) provided that the gaming session was advertised using the party create function on Discord consistent with the Rites of Combat. The competition organizers reserve the right to disqualify submissions when it is determined match dodging, as defined in the Rites of Combat, has occurred. Any questions or observed instances of match dodging/exclusion should be directed to the Fist.
Just remember, as long as you are making a good faith effort to include others in your gaming sessions you should be okay. If you have any questions please ask the Fist. When in doubt, ask.
Participants will be auto-scored by number of clusters submitted to the competition.
This competition will not award Crescents or Novae. Instead this competition will feed into scoring and participation for the Event Long Cluster Race Series container competition which will award Novae and placement points as normal.
