Construction has become ever present in the daily life around Pernicar Manor. Recently, the development for a rather large greenhouse has been stalled by debate. A small Ithorian conclave and a Wookie conclave have gotten into arguments as to how we should proceed in its creation, mostly on what should be grown. The Wookies want to turn it into an arboretum so that they might have a home in the Tundra, while the Ithorians are pushing for turning it into sustainable agriculture.

The Govenor has appointed you to meet with these two factions and decide for yourself how things should progress after hearing their arguements.

How do you manage this rather mundane issue? Does anything go wrong and if so how do you handle it?
