With House Hoth's transformation into a noble house of the Vatali Empire, we were given control over Pernicar Manor and its surroundings. This fortification, built on the ruins of an old corporate headquarters, has faced some significant setbacks in getting construction off the ground. Lacking significant infrastructure, or enough people to call it a town, it is up to the members of Hoth to make this into something.

Fiction

Welcome to a newish frontier. Some of you might remember what Daleem once was, a hive of corporate greed that was the "home" of House Shan. After the world faced ecological desolation, it has bounced back terrifically and is now a great place for the Vatali Empire to reexpand into. With the return of House Hoth we have been given the mission to create a prosperous city in the northern tundra of the planet. The other noble houses all have their own fiefs to manage and grow, and it's up to Hoth to establish itself on this old and yet unfamiliar planet.

Unfortunately, while many of the other noble houses are taking up what were surviving settlements and structures, the area we were given has now become a tundra of snow and crystalline structures. With this, a new city is ours to build and grow. People are the lifeblood of any city, yet we can only bring in so many as construction continues.
