Fort Pernicar is going through an interesting time in its development. As a town being built from the ground up, the earliest political factions are rising to the forefront, with profit, growth, and zeal being heavy factors in their minds. While this is not yet a city, the drive of Hoth to be a light in the darkness for all is drawing people in. You get to show off one of them!

• You must include the NPCs race, short biography, physical description, job/role, and personality.

• Entries must have a maximum of 500 words to qualify for placement.

• Entries will be graded according to the Fiction Grading Rubric 3.0

• Placing entries may be canonized in House Fiction, pending your approval, after review.
