Insatiable curiosity, a drive to learn more. Solari is a Jedi of paradox; a mind and soul open and exploring, a body ever imprisoned. Like all Shards, he is bound to the confines of his droid host body, and through it he does battle with the lightsaber and interfaces with the machines of the world. All life is a quest for knowledge in the silicate Jedi's mind; though he is often quiet, he is a born student and a natural teacher, and always seeks the secrets under the next rock. But where did his quest diverge? When did it stop being about self, and start to serve those around him? What sins does he atone for?
You are Solari. Sold years ago to the Shadow Academy in the guise of a dilapidated droid, you have used your time there working as one, only to siphon off decades and centuries of lore from the computers there. With it, you have instructed yourself, downloading as only a Shard can the finer points of saber combat and Force philosophy. Now, however, you have drawn notice; the Dark Lord himself, Muz Ashen, has discovered your true nature. Briefly, you try to engage him in battle, but it is useless. He is too strong, and you are overwhelmed. Instead of killing you, the Dark Lord of the Sith instead offers you a bargain.
Sacrifice yourself to dwell in his lightsaber, enhancing its powers... or condemn one of your kind, and serve at his heel. Freedom or betrayal - make your choice.
