In a vacant corridor dark and dreary, while I stared on weak and weary
Deep in a station filled ancient things and forgotten lore
While I focused, nearly snapping, I heard a sound, a distant tapping
It was hardly gentle rapping, tapping down the corridor
“Great, something more,” I muttered “tapping down the corridor-
“Hopefully this and nothing more”
I couldn’t help but be uncertain, the Force was descending like a curtain
But it thrilled me and filled me with terrors never felt before
But the thrill was only fleeting, I knew what I’d be meeting
“There’s something horrible down the corridor,
some horrid thing waiting down the corridor,
hopefully this and nothing more.”
But now my resolved grew stronger, there was no sense in waiting longer
“Allright you beast, it’s time to come out and face me” I implored.
“I know what you’re up to, I won’t be snapping and heck I’ll do the zapping.
When I come I’ll be zapping everything in that corridor
Very soon I’ll open wide that door
And then you’ll vex us no more.”
I stepped into that darkness peering, never doubting, never fearing
There was no doubting, no dreaming like before
Initially the silence was unbroken, but clearly something had awoken
It wasn’t long before it had spoken, only one whispered word “More.”
I stared at it and whispered back, “Yes more.”
Merely this and nothing more.
Then it seemed the air grew denser, I could feel it but it might fool a sensor
scanning the room, but that wasn’t needed in this corridor
“Drax” I cried “I have found thee - give up now and come with me;
Respite, respite you shall have no more
Drop your weapons and fight no more”
Quoth the Fondoran “Nevermore”
“Villain” said I “One of evil, it’s quite clear you’ve unleashed a devil!.
“You have nothing left, why would you fight any more?”
“You’ll never escape, filthy bug. Your own grave you have dug.
I shall finally destroy you.” said the Sith from Fondor
I simply shrugged and raised my saber, pointing at the man from Fondor
I simply said “Nevermore.”

Once within a midnight dream, I woke up and made a scream,
While disturbed in my napping, suddenly there came a tapping,
As of someone gently rapping, rapping at my quarter's door.
I could feel a Darkness near, long I stood there, full of fear,
Suddenly my soul grew stronger, hesitating then no longer
As I reached out to my sword, still the tapping, strange the sort.
Open here I flung the shutter, when, as slippery as butter,
She walked in, a Lady, intruiging eyes and shady,
Straight I wheeled a cushioned seat, towards the girl, and offered heat.
To the girl whose fiery eyes burned into my heart, my core:
I'll forget you, ah, nevermore!

Deep inside the Anchorage dreary, as I pondered, weak and weary,
Over many a quaint and curious volume of forgotten Holocron--
Hooded, bored, considered napping, suddenly Teylas came a-tapping
Not one known for genty rapping, whacked me after entering my chamber door.
"Holocrons," the Consul muttered, "they can surely be quite the bore."
"Maybe you could do something more."
Curious, I sat up straighter, visions of action on my mind
Eying the Dread Lord as he then spoke to me in kind
"I will send you on the morrow, to ease our enemy's pain and sorrow--
--close your eyes and see the morrow--sorrow for the lost and more--
Xander Drax lives on in darkness, deep within the station's moor
Kill him then, forevermore.

Once upon a midnight dreary, while I rested, weak and weary,
After training harsh and cruel, in Dathomiri might and lore—
While I nodded, nearly napping, suddenly there came a tapping,
As of some one gently rapping, rapping at my cottage door.
“’Tis some nightsister,” I muttered, “tapping at my cottage door—
Only this and nothing more.”
"Do do come in", I called aloud, and then approached and looked around, but nothing was there to be found, undisturbed remained the floor.
"'Twas the wind, blowing a branch" I said, "rapping on my cottage door-
Only this and nothing more"
Turning round to resume, resting in my cozy room. Thoughts did wander into gloom as I thought of my slain love Lenore. And at the threshold of sleep I heard, a louder rapping than before. "Tis the wind and nothing more"
Ceaseless was this noise I heard, And my rest it did disturb, but outside sat just a bird. Angry at this creature rude, I yelled "away, you whore!" The bird sat still and replied "Nevermore"
2 steps back I then took, shaken by it's terrored look, in it flew and perched on a hook, seemingly staring into my core.
"Leave me be to my lament", I said "of my beautiful Lenore"
Quoth the Raven "Nevermore"
Disgusted with it's simple answer, terror turned itself to anger, "wicked fiend, I will avenge her!", I shouted. As I got up from the floor. Quoth the raven, "Nevermore"
"No longer will I stand this laceration, leave now or face evisceration" swinging at this demonic manifestation, I toppled down onto the floor. And when I looked, the raven was no more.
Maddened with hallucination, cursing at my own fixation, screams were heard in every nation, when I saw my shadow cast upon the floor. 'Twas a raven. And nothing more.

I had to write a poem, and to that I say "Nevermore!"
I had to earn those points but I actually want more,
I only wish this was easier because my brain is sore
Nevermore, nevermore... Nevermore!
