I've thoroughly modified my own recommendation, and am replying to this email so that Shirai can see it if he would like to resubmit. In addition, I would like to point out that the previous AC medals were for much more recent activity, and Macron hasn't been awarded anything since November. I may have not made that very clear in my original rec, so in this one I made a point of that and a couple of other notes I missed the first time. I hope this helps!

Macron has been a very active member lately who has helped out members of his Clan while also participating a lot. He has shown himself to be a great example to others, and consistently leads from the front, month after month, despite having been here for so long.

First, in the Fading Lights Runon, Macron formed the backbone of his team and encouraged them all to post and write a good story. He also built up hype for the other teams of the Clan and kept everyone enthusiastic in writing the Runon - despite not being on Summit at all at the time. It's safe to say that, without Macron's enthusiasm, my own team may not have finished fourth in the competition.

Macron acted similarly in our recent Race For San Korinar feud. In the Runon for this event, he had the most posts and made sure he moved his Battleteam's story forward constantly, giving each member an opportunity to post, even if they didn't necessarily take it. In addition, Macron had the highest participation in the feud, which was no small part of leading his team to victory in the Battleteam conflict.

These two separate events show that Macron is a consistent leader for the Clan, even though he is not on Summit. He knows what he is good at and what he can offer his fellow Clan members and consistently endeavors to provide that assistance whenever possible.

Over this time, Macron has further earned a whopping twenty four Clusters of Ice, eight Crescents, and a Seal of Loyalty. Another example of something that shows Macron's continued dedication to the clan is his mentorship of John "Dragoon" Whitaker to the rank of Dark Jedi Knight, for which Macron was awarded a Scroll of the Master. This wasn't Macron's first Knight, and it doesn't look like it will be his last, as the Elder has already taken on a new apprentice.

Despite being an Elder with many awards already, Macron continues to help newer members more than most other veteran members. He is very active and supportive of the Clan and sets as great example for others. Macron is a veritable Knight-training machine, and many have and continue to feel his positive influence. For that, I would like to add my recommendation for this Steel Cross. Congratulations, Macron!
