To whom it may concern:

Protector Anahorn Dempsey has now come to the end of the trials for a rank advancement. All within the 14 day time requirement for a promotion to Guardian, Dempsey has continued to dominate with activity. My email has been flooded with emails about what Dempsey has been doing. Dempsey has participated in 7 total competitions so far, earning an illusive Ruby Star crescent as well. Dempsey has also earned 20 Clusters of Fire. More impressive is Dempsey's SA work, with 16 courses finished outside of the Journeymen halls, a Maven of history, and a SA Society rank 3.

For the completion of these requirements I recommend Dempsey be advanced to the rank of Guardian. Congrats Dempsey, drinks are on you!
