Suur is a member of great talent, and exactly the kind of person Odan-Urr needs. Since joining Clan Odan-Urr, he's been participating to his best ability, having earned top placement in the puzzle competition from Tales of New Tython: Lost Civilization. This competition was the hardest puzzle the Brotherhood has seen in a while, being a translation from a barely-readable language without a perfect translation from basic. He managed to finish this decoding in less than an hour with only one mistake - the least amount out of no less than fourteen participants. I hope to see this activity spreading through our ranks in the months moving forward, as well as look towards his progress.

Members like Suur are a dream come true for anyone in Leadership for this club. Without any prodding by Summit (quite the reverse) he jumped into IRC and quickly started chattign with other members. He also badgered me and a few of his other Clanmates into playing Diablo 3 with him. (This earned him 51 CFs, and GMRG Rank 2)

He was also a big participant in our recent Clan Wide competition participating in 2 of the events and winning 1st in one (netting him a Cr:R). In addition he has participated in 7 other competitions ranging from house to DJB wide level. He has also been a major player on the Shadow Academy taking over 20 courses and obtaining rank 2 in the SA Society.

For all these reasons I recommend Suur for an immediate promotion.
