Nite Dawn is the kind of member that many of us take for granted. He isn’t an unceasing whirlwind of activity, but when the clan needs him he’s there. Since his last promotion he has participated in 37 total competitions, and almost all of them have been during vendetta or feud events. He rocked the Dark Crusade to the tune of 17 entries and earned three gold novae, two silver novae, and a bronze nova for those entries. His tireless efforts through the first two rounds also earned him the recognition of the clan in the form of a Steel Cross. Then, after an extended stay in the Rogues due to real life issues, Nite Dawn returned earlier this year and got in an entry for Plagueis in the Great Jedi War.
More recently, he returned back to the competitive dominance that had characterized his work once again during the Restoration: Ascendant house feud in Clan Plagueis. Participating in nine of the eleven possible events, he grabbed first place in both rounds of gaming and then took a third place in trivia. He amassed 117 total competition points for the House, good for seventh place overall, and was a major part of Ajunta Pall’s dominant victory in the competition.
Outside of Vendetta time, Nite Dawn’s biggest area of impact is with his gaming. Since being promoted he has earned 7 Clusters of Fire, 1,067 Clusters of Earth, and 10 Pendants of Blood, with the vast majority of them (828 CE’s and all 10 PoB’s) coming since his return in February. He’s also been a huge part of the return of regular raid running in TOR, always available on any one of his various characters of varied roles to fill in any spot we might need.
Unless you’re a regular on TOR, you might think Nite Dawn was just one of those members that you rarely see. That couldn’t be farther from the truth. Nite Dawn is the slumbering giant who is ready to jump back to action whenever Clan Plagueis calls on him, and he always makes his presence felt at the most important of times. It is for these reasons that I put him forward for promotion to join the ranks of the Equites, with the thanks of a grateful clan.
