The 7 Clan Consuls of the Dark Brotherhood are responsible for the leadership, success, and growth of their individual units. A Consul is held to an unfair standard within their Clan that states "everything that is bad is their fault" and "everything that is good is someone else's success." Warrior Farrin Xies has lived with this responsibility in an official capacity for three months, but in reality he has held it over six months.
Farrin stepped into the role of Proconsul during a tumultuous time in Clan Tarentum and helped guide the Clan through a period where their survival in our club was not assured. He performed not only his PCON duties during this time, but for the large part, he also handled the duties of Consul. This effort was both impressive for the time and commitment it required, but also because Farrin is our most Junior Clan level leader (in terms of rank) within the Dark Brotherhood.
Statistically Farrin has done all that we have asked: He has served in leadership for 3 months as a Consul, 3 months as a Proconsul, and 3 months as a Rollmaster. He has run competitions, he has participated in competitions, he has been active on the news page, and he has reported consistently and on time. He has also served in roles outside of his clan that have provided value to our club (Magistrate to the Headmaster).
Outside of statistics, Farrin has proven even more valuable with his ability to serve in a Clan graced with Elders and Senior Members, and still make an impact as a relatively junior member. He has led from the front, focused the efforts of his Clan, and he has helped Tarentum solidify its continued existence in our Club.
Farrin, thanks for your hard work and dedication to our club.
