He has an approved character sheet on record and has worked on his character history. On top of that he has reached Shadow Academy rank two by taking and passing no less than seven exams. Sul Ip recently earned a merit award for his efforts in competitions and in the gaming department for which he earned two Pendants of Blood.

Sul Ip has been a beacon of example since he took his first steps within the Brotherhood. He's gone beyond the standards of most when it comes to activity, and this is reflected in his Dark Maven earned while working on his promotion requirements! I look forward to seeing what Sul can accomplish in the future, and hope that others follow him.
