Primary reason: Alara has burst onto the scene in incredible fashion since joining only 5 days ago, immediately smashing through her promotion requirements and more with a portfolio of activity growing at a staggering rate in a well rounded manner. Alara has written a wiki-ready character history, begun to earn clusters of fire, completed 18 shadow academy courses, and is now hosting her own photography competition, which I have never seen in my 11 years in the club and draws upon skills not commonly thought about in the dark brotherhood. She has accomplished all of the requirements of her current promotion within only 4 days of the 14 day time in rank requirement, and done so with a fantastic contribution to clan life, supported by a strong Telegram presence and immediately becoming a valuable part of the CSP community. In short, Alara has gone by far above and beyond what is expected of her at this stage and I will be very keen to watch her progress in the club.

Additional reasons: As always, I don't look at numbers, but at a member as a whole. Alara is the most active new member I've seen in a very long long time and it's like a tornado, spinning and taking everything she can on her way.

As mentioned by Elincia, she has completed many Shadow Academy tests, started a competition, being a very active presence in our chat and overall, being someone who is achieving way more than what a normal "newbie" would.

This kind of participation is an example for other people who are joining, and we should reward this behavior and show that when someone performs way beyond what they are expected of, we are there looking at them and encouraging them.
