Octavius, aka Sam, has returned to the fold, and find himself ready to advance in rank. Today I am pleased to give a reporting of his accomplishments over the trials set before him. Octavius has been on IRC, Has completed the Leadership Management SA exam, he has participated in 10 exams, he has reached rank 3 in both INQ and SA societies, he placed in 6 competitions, and has co-organized a clan wide competition.

He has completed the requirements set for an advancement to the rank of Yeoman. Congratulations, drinks are on you!
