Armad is a fellow that I got to meet back when I first joined up in House Marka Ragnos. During the time I was a Battleteam Sergeant of the Night Raptors, He was my Battleteam Leader. As I served, many times I would come to him and propose ideas, competitions, and work alongside to help our team gain more activity. He served as the Battleteam Leader for four months, until it was decided that it finally needed dissolved.

He is an enjoyable person that despite his work, would usually come on telegram and play a friendly game of pazaak with you or chat a bit. As I became a Quaestor, he came to me and willingly volunteered himself to help our House. I tasked him with our current wiki project and he has been working to gather information, proof, and update our House’s wiki page.

Also, after the Firestorm event the clan held, He helped our fellow Upper Summit members with a better and easier way to grade the event.

What I like most about Armad is that he is respectful and kind towards people. I have found that I can approach and talk with him on just about anything that I wish to speak about. Anyhow besides being a helpful member, here are some of the things he has also done.

Since his last promotion he has earned Two Anteian Crosses, one Dark Cross, one Crescent with Diamond Star, one Crescent with Ruby Star, Two Crescents with Amethyst Star, and Two Crescents with Sapphire Star. On top of that he has earned one-hundred and ninety-seven Clusters of Fire, sixteen Clusters of Ice, and fifteen Clusters of Earth. He has also been awarded a scroll of indoctrination and Scroll of the Master. In addition to his awards, he has also participated in a total of sixty-five competitions, twenty-four PVP matches, one ACC match, seven fiction activities,has written a whopping 6,189 words of fiction, and gained one degree in the Shadow Academy.

He is a fun member that I am happy to have in my House and clan. I am honored to award Armad this well-deserved promotion. Congratulations on becoming a Battlemaster!

We recently chose to award Armad a Seal of Loyalty, and I hope that the following details will explain why he among all others was deserving of this award, as well as why he deserves this elevation.

Armad was last elevated nine months ago. In that time, he has served as a Battleteam leader for four months. He has two Anteian Crosses, each speaking of his time as BTL. During this time, his team reached a 50% participation rate in the Clan's major event at the time of Awakenings. As a veteran of the Clan, he continued to teach others and set a good example, and this is exemplified in that he mentored Tasha for the first month of her time as his successor in the BTL position. She has, of course, gone on to be a successful Quaestor.

Armad's awards also speak to his other activity. He has participated in 65 competitions since his previous promotion, as well as earned 197 Clusters of Fire, 16 of Ice, and 15 of Earth. This demonstrates that he is active over a wide range of areas. In addition to this, he earned a Scroll of the Master for mentoring Qyreia to the rank of Professional (Knight).

Furthermore, in my experience, Armad continues to look for ways to help and support the Clan. One way this has personally helped me is that, whenever there is a major Clan runon, Armad pre-emptively volunteers to audit the word count for the runon. He typically prepares a list of all members who participated, how many words they wrote, and how many posts. He has done this for such major runons as the Awakenings one, Ashes Fall, and the recent Firestorm event. This has made our life easier because having a second set of eyes reduces errors and helps to summarize the information.

Overall, Armad isn't someone who is in the public spotlight a lot, but he is someone who helps the Clan continue to run smoothly from behind the scenes. His work as BTL, his participation, and his assistance with things like the word counting above are of great value to us, and this is why we chose to award him a Seal of Loyalty, and why I would also like to add my recommendation to this request.

Armad is one of our reliable Equites. He can be relied upon to compete in competitions and events. During these events, whenever we have a Run-On or a similar event, he will collate the numbers associated with it. He'll record how many posts were done by each member, how many words they wrote for each post and then how many Clusters of Ice they should be given. He then provides this in an easy format for Locke and myself to submit to the Voice staff. Armad does this not because we ask him, but because he volunteers himself over and over again to assist the summit.

Since his last promotion, Armad has been busy, helping his House complete wiki pages and assisting in a major overhaul of the House Marka Ragnos pages that are sadly out of date. He never complains about adversity, nor difficulty. Armad served four months as BTL and earned two Anteian Crosses for his work. When it came time for Armad to step aside as BTL, he continued to work in the background, working with Tasha as her BTS as she took on the role of BTL. The five months Tasha spent with Armad shaped her as a leader, so Armad has just as much a right to boast as I do about Tasha.

Usually when a member leaves BTL, they disappear from view and activity. Armad didn't do this. He instead continued to compete and offer his help and time to the Clan. Armad is one of our Ol' Reliables that I consider Sadowan, through and through. His dedication to his Clan also earned him a Seal of Loyalty. I believed that Armad had shown why he earned it. He was an average member of CNS, he may not have been in a position, where he was expected to be super active and productive, but he kept on pushing himself to contribute and participate and for that, I believed Armad was worthy of recognition with a Seal of Loyalty.

Locke and Tasha have explained what Armad has done since his last promotion and I'm pleased to join them. I hope that Armad continues to be who he is as he progresses up the ranks.
