I am proud to recognize Tamashi Bloodfyre as someone deserving of the rank of Equite II in the Dark Brotherhood. He is a constant boon to his House Leadership and helps produce - and consume - content for the members he interacts with. For his exceptional peer leadership, his continued activity, and his unbelievable passion to see the Brotherhood a better place… I award him the rank of Equite II.

Since his last elevation, he has participated in 80 competitions and (co)organized an additional 10 competitions. Submitting 13 PvP Matches, 47 PvE Activities, 1 Fiction Activity, 4 Run-On Posts (7830 words!), passed 6 Shadow Academy courses, and gained 1 Dark Side Degree. He has also collected a Grand Cross of the Dark Side (general activity), an Anteian Cross (general activity) and two Dark Crosses (special task for the Combat Master) furthering defining his contributions. In that same time, he has accrued 43 Crescents (2 Cr-D, 4 Cr-R, 9 Cr-A, 18 Cr-S, 8 Cr-E, 1 Cr-T), 4 Pendants of Blood, 227 Clusters of Fire, 4 Clusters of Ice, and 317 Clusters of Earth.

I’ve been honored to work alongside Tamashi Bloodfyre, otherwise known as Mord, for the past year, both as simple Clan members, and now in our current roles as Battleteam Leader and Sergeant. During that time, I’ve found him to be an exceptionally active and thoughtful leader who is always thinking about new and creative ways to inspire his fellow Clan members to activity while having fun at it. Examples in that trend include his inspired competitions that focus on each Society of the Dark Brotherhood, the Chronicler of Arcona comp, which focuses on the Inquisitorious, the Curator of Arcona, which focuses on the Shadow Academy, and the Bladeborn of Arcona, which focuses on the GMRG. Each competition was thoughtfully planned out, and well executed, giving our members opportunities to excel and earn an awesome fictional title of their own for the top winner of each competition.

And now that he’s serving as my Battleteam Sergeant and working closely with me to plot out our BT’s future plans, I’m discovering a even deeper depth to Mord’s passion toward serving our Clanmates. His ideas are always first and foremost directed toward inspiring his members toward activity and most importantly to me and Arcona- having fun while doing it! For all of his activities outlined above and for the reasons I just described, I am more than proud to recommend Tamashi Bloodfyre for promotion to the rank of Equite II! Very well done, my friend, and I look forward to seeing you reach even greater heights!

Tamashi. What a guy. He has been a stellar example of a consistently active, contributing member of the clan since my return in January. He is quick to show willing and is eager to give himself over in service to Arcona. A boon to Arcona’s most recent projects, Tamashi never fails to deliver.

I believe Braecen has already covered his achievements in terms of quantity, but I feel that Tamashi’s dedication to the clan is not wrapped up in the number of achievements, but rather in the quality of his work to date. He has given a new lease of life to Arcona’s rich history, having completely re-written both the Void Squadron and House Galeres DJBWiki pages, and has been instrumental in Clan Arcona’s Article Improvement Drive, which is focussed on updated, modernising and generally revamping Arcona’s information repository. Tamashi was literally the first to sign up and offer his assistance, and has continued to be the most active individual on the team. In addition, he has shown a very high level of engagement with various competitions, and also serves the clan’s newer members without want for reward or recognition - indeed, he does this simply to ensure that people are given the right help by the people who are around at the time. I can say with absolutely certainty that, without Tamashi’s help, my own student would not have fared nearly as well.

Tamashi has been an inspirational member to me; he is kind, he is passionate, he is skilled, and -- most of all -- he is humble. Thank you, Tamashi. Thank you for your willingness. Thank you for your dedication. And thank you for your service to Arcona.

Tamashi, or Mord, is a bright spark of a member that grows brighter every day as he learns and grows — and so then does he shine today for his efforts. To say he is a brilliant member must be considered in all its possible connotations: thoughtful, eager, illuminating. He produces a constant stream and ideas of innovation for ways to improve and engage his Clan and his Brotherhood. He tackles every possible task, volunteer or otherwise, first and with the freshest enthusiasm, untiring and demanding more work. He provides an example as an active member and mentor, offering his services to our Post-DJK Mentorship program, coaching our brand-new ACCers as our Journeymen tackle their first tournament, and continuing to provide his fellows with developmental and fictional avenues of exploration, especially in his recent competition series.

It is these strives, and those mentioned by his other superiors, that make a new Equite II amongst our ranks. Mord is a fountain of energy, and all he genuinely seeks to do is share from it. This spirit is one that our Clan — and more so, the Brotherhood — relies on in its modern incarnation. I can only congratulate him for being just such an example and leader, title or no.
