Rulvak Qurroc is the kind of leader and member I wish I could clone and put into place whenever and wherever we need them. If asked, there is not a task he won’t take on, be it via participation, training, or simply being a significant voice of reason among his House and Summit. I will detail below his activity as others expand on his exploits, but overall, we want to thank you for all you have done, Rulvak, and are honored to see you continue to rise within the ranks of the Brotherhood.
To begin with, Rulvak earned the honor of a Sapphire Blade for his outstanding activity and leadership within his House and his contributions to the Brotherhood as a whole through gaming. He has also earned a Steel Cross for his work within Arcona's Clan event, Fall of Scepter, for participation and activity with a Dark Cross to follow it up. Beyond these awards, his activity continues explosively with having earned (12 Cr-D, 27 Cr-R, 28 Cr-A, 10 Cr-S, 4 Cr-E, 3 Cr-T, 1 Cr-Q) crescents, 12 Pendants of Blood, 4300 Clusters of Fire, 4 Clusters of Ice, 4195 Clusters of Earth, 3 Clusters of Graphite, 1 Scroll of the Master, 9 News Posts, organized 24 competitions, 12 co-organized and 213 participated, while completed 63 PvP activities and 613 PvE, with 10 Courses passed and 4 degrees earned.
This immense level of activity, coupled with his willingness to lead, is the example he sets and that he never seems to slow down on. I am glad to be able to honor Rulvak with a promotion to Battlelord.

I will never be able to say enough good things about Rulvak. When I stepped out of Nighthawk to wrangle the Journeymen, I knew Warp had everything covered. The guy is a phenomenal leader and an activity-generating madman. If there's more active gamers in the Brotherhood who are also social and helpful to other members, I'd be amazed. One of the best parts about stepping back into leadership in Galeres has been knowing that I'd get to work with Warp again; even with him stepping down as a BTL, I know he'll be around and helpful. I am pleased to help recognize him for his work and achievements, and am incredibly proud to call him Battlelord!

There has been a change happening in Arcona for a little while now. Years ago when I was first a Battle Team Leader, we had our little playground with either a mentor as Battle Team Sergeant or an elder member from outside the team mentoring us. We provided for our team’s members but didn’t do much beyond our team. Nowadays, our Battle Team Leaders are much more alike to our Aediles. They get, where possible, responsibilities beyond the usual set that’s to be expected of a Battle Team Leader, as others have mentioned they provide content on Clan and Brotherhood level.
Rulvak in this case leads by example: his willingness to provide others with a fun environment, to teach, listen and aid wherever possible, combined with his easygoing attitude, yet being strict when it comes to reports etc. I have had the pleasure to run a multitude of Arcona Gaming Dominance competitions with Warp and he’s always on point whether it comes to creating and brainstorming about what the members would like to see or promoting and judging these competitions. His DB-Wide Destiny competition was so much of a success that I ran one with similar parameters.
All in all Rulvak was a great and successful Battle Team Leader. He is a great member and good friend and I wholeheartedly believe this promotion is very much deserved!
Congratulations Warp! You earned it!

I had the pleasure of having Rulvak, or Warp, as a leader on my Summit for over a year, 10 months of which were since his last promotion. Warp served as the Captain of the Nighthawk quietly but efficiently and dedicatedly. He consistently delivered his reports on time, providing relevant information and setting the agenda for the coming month in them. As a mentor, he continued to challenge his then-Battleteam Sergeant, Shawnathan, to complete his duties in a timely fashion, produce and brainstorm content for the team and Clan, and be an active member of the club. To the rest of his team, Warp was a line in a storm, their stable and constant leader through and through. That didn't change even when he elected to retire at last. Warp has still been a constant and vocal presence in problem-solving sessions within the Summit and particularly within Galeres as we resettle the House during tumultuous leadership changes and plan to reinvent both it and its Battleteams. He provides detailed suggestions for mentorship and House fiction and has never once ceased to be a positive advisor and an exponentially productive member.
For these things, for his dedication and continued service, not just as a leader but now as a brother, we thank him. For these things, we congratulate him. Welcome to Equite III, Warp. You've earned it.
