Going through the Promotion Assessment for Kelly Mendes, the first thing that you notice is that she does just about everything that there is for her to be able to do. I'd like to recommend Kelly, for all of her hard work, a Grand Cross. She has worked hard for the last 3 months to earn this award, and the numbers are there to prove it.
Kelly has participated in a total of 46 competitions, 24 of those being from our last event, The Enemy Below. We're thrilled to see another of our Summit members leading the way for the Clan with 100% participation in the event. She placed in a total of 2 of those competitions and earned 6th place overall for the event. Kelly worked hard every day to encourage and support the members, reminding to always "Do all the things", and then living those words herself. For all of her competitions Kelly has earned for herself 12 Clusters of Ice and 8 Clusters of Graphite.
Kelly has continued to be one of Plagueis' main gamers. She has participated in 66 total PVP matches, earning 2 Pendants of Blood, and 243 Clusters of Fire. It's easy to say that she leads the way for our Clan in gaming through every event.
Kelly is also very often found in the ACC, having participated in two matches in the last three months.
All of Kelly's hard work throughout the DJB has earned her many awards, 1 Crescent with Ruby Star, 4 Crescents with Amethyst Star, 2 Crescents with Sapphire Star, and 1 Crescent with Emerald Star. She has also earned 3 Scrolls of Foundation for her service in the Shadow Academy.
Kelly has been a critical part of the Plagueis Summit for the last three months, especially during our recent The Enemy Below event. Kelly is always a vocal and active presence in our Telegram channel, helping both her members and those of House Karness Muur alike when they are in need of assistance. Additionally, she has submitted her monthly reports on time each month, making sure to keep her members informed about the goings on in the Ascendant Clan. During The Enemy Below, our House summits were divided between the two teams, with Kelly working with the Quaestor of HKM to lead her team. During the three week competition, in addition to Telegram interactions with her members, Kelly also sent out 3 team wide email messages (one each week) and 13 total individual emails to engage less active members. Her efforts are a huge part of why her team of 18 members generated 241 total entries from 14 unique participants over the course of the event. Kelly is exactly the type of member we love to have on our Summit, and thank her for her kind example as a leader. Kelly has more than earned the award of Grand Cross, and we are excited to continue to see her work hard as she continues her career as Quaestor.
