Zujenia joined the Brotherhood a little more than a year ago, and it was clear from the outset that she would become one of its brightest stars. In the eight months since her last promotion, she has more than fulfilled on that promise.

On a purely personal level, her activity puts almost any other member to shame. Since November she has participated in a total of 56 competitions, earning an astounding 23 Crescents in the process. She has garnered 120 Clusters of Fire, 5 Clusters of Earth, 20 Clusters of Ice and an impressive 33 Clusters of Graphite for her numerous art submissions. She has also gained a Scroll of Indoctrination, a Scroll of the Master, and a well-deserved Seal of Loyalty. She is a well known presence on Telegram, constantly engaging others in conversation and welcoming new members, but less recognized are her efforts to further discussions on the Brotherhood site itself, through her 46 News Post comments since November.

Her activity is astounding in and of itself, but her contributions do not end there. For the entirety of her time as an Equite I, she has served as a leader within Arcona: first of Battleteam Shadow Gate, then for the past three months as my Aedile. She has been phenomenal in both these roles, consistently keeping her members engaged and putting the wellbeing of everyone in her charge before her own. I have never met anyone who is as happy to give their time, energy and effort to those around them as Zuji is, and it is the hallmark of all her interactions in the Brotherhood. In almost two decades with the Brotherhood, I have rarely - if ever - met a more caring, compassionate leader. Arcona, and the Brotherhood by extension, is better for having her in it.

Zujenia, you have become, in many ways, the heart and soul of Qel-Droma. I couldn't be more proud of you than I am, and of the strides you have made - and continue to make - for your House and Clan on a daily basis. It's supposed to be my job to teach you about leadership in the Brotherhood, but in many ways I feel you've taught me more than I could ever impart. Thank you for all you do to make the Brotherhood a better place.

Zujenia is without a doubt one of the brightest stars of Arcona. Her open and friendly nature combined with her patience and dedication makes her a pleasure to work. She is a true asset to the clan.

She is particularly dedicated to fostering growth within Arcona, by taking a personal interest in fostering growth of new members. She was one of the first people I interacted with when I joined the club, and is one of the primary reasons I stayed. She has also been instrumental in recruiting and guiding one of our newest members of Shadow Gate. In addition, she is spearheading a recruitment drive to attract new members.

Thank you so much, Zujenia, for all that you do for the clan. You are truly a bright spot within the clan, and a pleasure to interact with. Good luck to you as you progress up the Equite ladder!

There are no words I could use that could describe just how amazing Zujenia really is. She is kind, thoughtful, patient, wise, and always willing to share her experience and insight with others. She truly is one of the best Arcona has to offer.

In addition to her shining personality and stunning work ethic, Zujenia is wholly dedicated to the clan and its growth and success. In the short time that I have personally known her, she has helped me tremendously and watched fill my new Arcona shoes. She has overseen a recruitment drive dedicated to utilizing social media platforms to attract new members and is an essential element in welcoming any and all new (or even returning) members. As Arcona’s resident goat lady, she is incredibly active on Telegram, sharing smiles, baby goats, and cheer.

Overall, Zujenia is a delight to work with and for. She is a great reflection of both Arcona and the DJB as a whole and I am honored to recommend that she be promoted to Equite II. Congratulations, Zujenia.

We'll talk a lot today about how Zuji is a star, particularly for Arcona. I would argue that she is a star for the entire Brotherhood. Her positivity and welcoming demeanor are hallmarks of every available chat in this club, and when someone new or old comes along, it's far more than just Arconans waiting in anticipation for her bright greeting and friendly approach. This is an attitude that carries into everything she does, both in leadership - where she frets for all her members, keeps a close eye on their needs and on any brewing difficulties, and encourages them and all activity constantly - and personally, where she...well...frets for people, keeps an eye, and encourages. There is not a Zujenia separate from the girl who gives her all, every spare bit, to others all across this club. That is not the mark of an Equite I, or even an Equite II, but the dedicated attention and care of someone who will one day surpass all of us writing for her today.

Zujubean, I have many words, but for you as my bestprentice, for all you do to support your sisprentice, and for everything you put into the people here...for that, I can't say enough. Just know that I am so proud of you, and we are all so grateful. I'll be waiting for the day I get to say it in one of these reccs again. And again. And again.
