It has long been a staple of club culture that the passage from lower Equite to upper Equite is marked by a transition in one's career. This transition is one from a focus on individual activity to contribution to one's unit and the Brotherhood as a whole. I can say confidently that Alethia (or Arch as we know him) has made already made that transition. As the parade of witnesses attest below in their recommendations, Arch has had a significant impact not just on COU but the entire club.
Since his last promotion Arch has received a Sapphire Blade for his work as a clan leader and ACC judge and an Anteian Cross from the Justicar for his tenure of service as an Appeals Panelist. Even without repeating anything from my Sapphire Blade recommendation (which you should really look it to see all that's he's done for COU), Arch's record as a leader in COU is impressive. Since that date in June Arch has spent untold hours proofing member's posts and giving advice during the ACC preliminary event, helping me draft a critical clan fiction, tracking participation, marshaling leaders and serving as the point man for COU's efforts in the Great Jedi War. I can't fully put into words how valuable he was to me, the summit and the clan as a whole. The recommendations of his peers on the summit give an outsider an indication of just how crucial Arch has become to the clan. The result of the GJW are, as of me writing this, still being calculated but I can say Arch has played a massive role in any success COU has had as a unit in that event.
As an individual member, Arch has lead by example. He has participated in 170 competitions (with an additional 22 container competitions) and organized 20 with 4 co-organized. In those competitions he took home an impressive 79 Crescents. His range of activity spanned nearly every aspect of the Brotherhood with a Pendant of Blood, 90 Clusters of Fire and 25 Clusters of Earth for gaming, 39 Clusters of Ice for fiction and ACC, 14 Clusters of Graphite for graphics activity and rounding it out with 5 Legions of the Scholar for his insane trivia knowledge.
Beyond all the stats, Arch is someone I consider a friend and valued peer. His counsel and motivation these past several months has been essential as I close out my term as COU consul. I do not know what the future holds for Arch but I can say the club will be better for it, no matter what role he finds himself in. Today we are promoting him to Equite 3, but he has the heart, maturity and work ethic of an elder.
It has been an honor getting to know you and working with you in the clan and on the ACC staff.

I have known Arch since before he joined the DJB and it was honored not only able to bring him to the club but also mentor him to Knighthood. I say mentoring in the looses fashion since from his first day in the club till now he has never stopped being active and a driving force for whatever unit he is in. He is a great member and even a better leader, one we are proud to have in COU. His time as COU’s Proconsul has been very effective and successful. His leadership has come into fruition, in what will be a very successful GJW for the Odanite Clan. No matter what the final outcome turns out to be no one can ever say that Arch sat on the sidelines and didn’t give the members of the clan the best of his abilities.
Now since others have talked at length about Arch’s most impressive numbers, I would like to take this opportunity to talk about how much Arch’s helped changed Odan-Urr for the better. His work ethic, organizational skills, friendly approach and his ability to motivate and inspire the members is amazing. All though most members will never see the hard work he does but he is a constant voice for every member from the newest Initiate to the highest Elder.
Arch has become a great source of statistics and metrics that help the rest of the Clan summit from knowing where and how we need to reach out to the members to not alone help us improve each individual house but also where to help each individual member directly. Arch is a solid leader, a great friend and one of the best members I have had the pleasure of working hand and hand with.
I’m very proud and honored to be able to be a part of promoting a great leader and friend to EQ3 a rank that he most definitely has earned.
Congratulations, Alethia Archenksova!

While I have not had the pleasure of serving as Alethia's supervising Combat Master for the entirety of his career within the ACC as a judge, he is a member that has proven himself indispensable as an asset. If I were to have a "second-in-command" it would be Alethia without question. He is the one that can be left in charge whenever my priorities have to shift away from the daily running of the staff and I can do so without worrying about things getting out of hand. He is quietly confident in his knowledge and perspectives, offering up a mixture of both at every opportunity.
Alethia is a constant presence that gets in on all the "intangibles" that are hard to truly quantify. As the most tenured judge on staff, he has assisted in the on-boarding of each judge that I have hired. This includes all four of his current peers as well as at least two prior. That's at least six I can say for sure he has had a hand in shaping. What can be quantified, however, is his dedication to the work he has despite real life obligations. That isn't an easy feat to manage in as demanding a role he serves as Judge.
That demand is something Alethia recognized and was more than willing to be lead tester when it came to the proposed changes to ACC per-post commenting that was recently implemented between Phase I and Phase II of the GJW XII ACC component. Upon receiving the proposal, he identified a match that could be used for testing and took the point in performing the judgement to see how it compared to previous judging times. At the end of the process, he offered up a seal of approval that helped push it into regular practice.
That said, the ACC is still hours worth of effort designed around providing detailed feedback to members on where and how to improve. As a Judge, since his last promotion, Alethia has put forth a total of fourteen judgements and graded fifteen qualification exams. The latter being what I most want to draw attention to. More than once I have had a member reply to me in order to thank me for the incredibly detailed feedback provided on these exams. One such incident came from the Headmaster himself, Farrin. In all of these cases I was more than happy to point that feedback to the proper recipient and ensure that Alethia's efforts were noted.
It is that which I find the most noteworthy when it comes to Alethia. He puts in the time to do things right. Makes sure there is as much feedback as possible for the member to understand and move forward properly armed. It's something that can't be replaced or taught, at least in regards to the drive behind it.
I am more than honored to append my recommendation to this promotion, knowing it has been earned in full. Congratulations, and keep moving forward to the next tier.
Atra Ventus
Combat Master of the Brotherhood

I have been honored to know Archenksova since before I joined the Brotherhood. In fact if I recall right, he along with others encouraged me to join. I haven't regretted the decision one bit.
Arch, as he is known to many, was apart of the first House Summit I was brought into. Later I had the honor of being his Aedile before he rose to the Proconsul post of the Clan. During all of this time he has been an excellent example of what a leader should be: Organized, Active, and Visible.
I believe Arch has a tracker for every single even the Clan has had or participated in. While the site has them, he tracks certain thing that the site up until recently could not. This has made quickly finding members deserving of awards for their hard work easier for the Clan and House Summits. Arch is almost always helping someone by proofing a fiction submission or providing input on fiction.
Finally Arch is a good friend he is supportive, a good voice of reason when things get heated, and always willing to listen to what you have to say. I hope this makes up for those times I have messaged your fingers off.
Congratulations Archkins, you definitely deserve this!

Often, there are times where no one wants to do something. During those times, leaders have to step up to push the group forward and inspire them. While I've been a member of Odan-Urr, I've got to see his work for both Quaestor and Proconsul. During that time, he has proven himself. He leads from the front, mentors others, and puts in the hours grinding away at tasks that aren't so glorious but desperately need to be done. A great example of this is his accounting work, but there are so many others.
I've had the privilege to work with him as both a teammate and friend and it is my belief that he embodies what makes a great leader. I am proud to call him my colleague and friend and I hope to get to work with him for many years to come. He has more than earned this promotion. Great work and Congratz!!!

What more is there to be said about Arch that can't be said? There is only so much one can write into words and still it only scratches the surface of what this man does behind the scenes. He has proven in his time as PCON to be both a producer and consumer with 20 competitions organized and 188 participated in since his last promotion while leading at the tip of the spear for COU. In the GJW he has set the example by participating in each bin possible so far helping motivate the rest of his summit members to follow the example.
I won't hit on too many numbers as I know that is something Turel is worthy to point out. However I will state that he has proven over and over again in the two years he has been in the DJB that he is a man who can lead his people. His Sapphire Blade for many of his accomplishments for the club and clan is one of the earliest many DJB members have seen earned. Still his numbers, and leadership have proven he is a valuable asset anywhere he goes.
Arch this promotion is well than earned. Like Turel, anything you touch seems to turn to gold and the ripple affect continues on into your members. Thank you for all that you do and I'm excited for future that you will continue to foster and build here in COU! Thanks again brother!
