Koliss’s persistence and hard work is clearly demonstrated by his record of activity. Since his last promotion, he has participated in 15 competitions, earning a total of 28 Clusters of Ice, 4 Clusters of Graphite and 3 Crescents (Amethyst, Emerald and Topaz). Though real life forced him to take a hiatus that lasted past the start of the war, he returned in grand style. He participated in 6 bins, earned 6 Seals of Wrath and was awarded a Gold Nova for his work in the Battle Plan competition. As such, it is my honor to recommend him for a Dark Cross.
