It is with great pleasure that I present this recommendation for the advancement of one Qyreia Arronen to the rank of Equite Three this day.

Since January of 2017, Q has been an active member of Arcona and its Summit. With eight months as Aedile and another eight as Quaestor, he's been a mainstay of House Galeres. In this time he's monitored and encouraged activity, and kept his people informed with regular reports.

He's also been active, organizing, or aiding in the organization of, four competitions and participating in a total of one hundred and nineteen more. Along with that, he's done two ACC matches, passed seventeen Academy Courses and netted six Degrees.

He's been no slacker on the awards front, racking up a formidable array, including a Sapphire Blade (for his leadership, activity and ACC staff work), one Gold Nova and two Bronze to crown it all. Along with that have been Crescents, six Diamond, eleven Ruby, twelve Amethyst and Sapphire, and eight Emeralds. Three Pendants of Blood for gaming come along with one hundred and seventy-seven Clusters of Fire and one hundred and nine Clusters of Earth. Along with this is an impressive one hundred and forty-seven Clusters of Ice for his writing activities and nineteen Clusters of Graphite as well. He also picked up three Scrolls of Foundation.

I cannot speak highly enough of Q's ability and ethic, he's an excellent summitter who's never afraid to speak his mind. Arcona is better for having him and I suspect we'll be doing this again in a years time. For now, congratulations, Q! You've earned it.

Qyreia joined us just over a year ago, and has served as either Aedile or Quaestor continually since then. Throughout that time, he has been a stalwart leader, never settling for less than the best from his Summit, nor from himself. He is always willing to volunteer his time, whether or not he has any to spare, and he cares a great deal about understanding and improving the systems and processes around him. His Sapphire Blade is testament to that.

He is also a powerhouse of personal activity, as detailed above, including over 100 competition entries and nearly 65,000 words of fiction. Despite frequent deployments and a hectic home life, Qyreia never fails to deliver his best effort, and it shows in everything he does. His heavy focus on improving Galeres wiki - in an effort to streamline the onboarding process for new members - has had a real impact on member experience within the House. On top of this, he has been instrumental in training new Summiters within Galeres - first Constantine, and now Grot and Skar - and in getting and keeping his House motivating throughout a War and numerous internal storylines. I can truly say Galeres is richer for his presence.

His patience, competence, and steadfast devotion to Arcona is unquestionable. Thank you, Qyreia.
