Primary reason

In the 2 years since Mune's last promotion (May 2017) he has been ever-present on the CSP summit, with 18 months as rollmaster and 6 as proconsul. As rollmaster, Mune was a champion of showcasing the talents of the clan, regularly publishing newsletters featuring the best fiction and art the clan had to offer. Since last promotion, Mune has produced 9 official news posts, all of which are of excellent production quality. Mune has organised 34 competitions for the clan, and co-hosted a further 14.

On the summit, Mune's excellent IT and organisational skills have been a boon to us all. Mune has created templates for everything we do, including roadmapping the entire year, and templates for creating detailed plans of major clan events, and running scoring spreadsheets during them. In addition, Mune created and organises the CSP proofreader program, a program that has been invaluable in major club events as it allows members to submit their work to a queue for proofreading, making it much easier to find someone.

Mune's personal activity record remains second-to-none in the clan. In the last 2 years, he's participated in 128 competitions, earned 129 Cluster of Fire, 50 Cluster of Ice, 36 Cluster of Earth, 20 Cluster of Graphite, 6 pendants of blood, 22 crescents, fought in 8 ACC battles, passed 18 courses and earned 4 degrees.

Congratulations Mune! And thanks for everything you do!

Additional reasons

Mune, or, as we on the ACC staff like to call him, "the nice one," quickly gained my trust as an excellent judge. He has consistently been excellent at communicating with me and his colleagues, and I never have to question what's going on with him. His tenure thus far has been defined by the kindness and professionalism with which he approaches both our competitors and his fellow staff.

Mune has been the lead judge on 8 matches, each of which is roughly two hours of work to assess and mark up. Additionally, he has provided a "Rule of Two" assessment on at least 5 other matches, in which he reviewed the match and the lead judge's comments. Finally, he has graded 4 ACC Qualification exams. Although these are less time consuming than judging full matches, a qual exam is frequently a member's first experience with the ACC, and I deeply appreciate the thorough and supportive comments Mune provides to them.

Congrats, Mune-Mune. It's an honor and a pleasure working with you, and I look forward to many more months of it.
