The Lovely Lavender Lek remains an unstoppable force within Arcona! Since his last promotion, Tali has participated in 152 competitions, organized 22 and co-organized 5. His efforts have earned him a Gold and Silver Nova in the GJW XIII, as well as a Grand Cross and a Steel Cross. He has also earned 220 Clusters of Ice, 68 Clusters of Graphite and 3 Clusters of Fire. When he isn’t slaying competitions, Tali writes. In fact, Tali writes a lot. In total, he has written an impressive 101,951 words of fiction. He is particularly willing to write with newer members, helping them to expand their character’s storylines.

In addition to his general activities, Tali continues to serve with distinction within the Summit. As Aedile for the past four months, he was integral in the creation of the HQD Vacation Series. He provides a significant amount of assistance in planning the future storylines and events for the House. In addition, his organized nature has been helpful in ensuring timelines and goals are met. I really don’t know what I would do without him!

All too often, people get bored and drift away from the club when they reach the lofty heights of Equite. Tali, meanwhile, continues to express a passion for seeing both Arcona, and the DJB, continue to grow and thrive. He is helpful to newer members and, though well-intentioned, keeps older members on their toes. Instead of resting on his laurels, he continues to be an active and productive member and a wonderful example within leadership. It is for these reasons that I am proud to recommend Tali for EQ3. Stellar job, Lek-head! Keep up the amazing work!

I am immensely proud of Tali. Though he got to a rocky start in some regards, Tali has grown, matured, and evolved into a truly inspirational member of our clan. Always one to speak up and make sure his thoughts and ideas are heard, the Lek-tastic Tali has truly come into his own.

When Tali applied for Aedile, I was excited. I wanted to see what he could bring to the job, and I wasn't disappointed. He immediately jumped in headfirst with planning events for his House with Lucine. Unafraid to learn the necessary skills for his new position, Tali brought his experience with him to help lead HQD and continuing to push them into remaining Arconas most active House.

On Telegram Tali is one of our most constant voices, always hyping whatever event, war, competition they need to in order to promote activity. He is also one of the most active competitors in the House participating in 152 competitions since his last promotion! He is a role model for new members, and I trust him completely as he moves forward within our Clan.

It's been a long road to leadership for Tali, an outspoken and active member of Arcona and the Club at large. After prodding him so many times to go for it, I'm very pleased that he did, he's been an indispensable asset to the Clan and his House. As many times as I've apologized for recruiting Tali, jokingly, I can't imagine Arcona without him and his sense of humor and steadfast activity. He's everything a leader should be; active, inventive, questioning, plotting, etc.

I am very proud of Tali's War efforts and his performance of Aedile duties and look forward to everything else he has to show us in the future. Congratulations, Lek-head!
