Tali has been quite the busy little lekhead. Since his last promotion, he has organized 23 competitions, co-organized 2 and participated in 130 competitions. As a result, he has earned a ton of clusters (50 Fire, 155 Ice, 50 Graphite) and has been awarded a slew of crescents (3 Diamond, 4 Ruby, 9 Amethyst, 13 Sapphire, 14 Emerald, 5 Topaz). Tali is also extremely active during Vendettas, and has earned 24 Seals of Discord and 25 Seals of Vision. He made a good showing of himself too, winning 1 Gold Nova, 1 Silver Nova, and 2 Bronze Novas.

When he’s not doing all the competitions, Tali is either writing or participating in the SA. He has completed 3 ACC battles, 4 Run-On posts and has written an impressive 62,088 words of fiction. He has also passed 60 Shadow Academy courses and earned 14 degrees in the process.

But that’s not all! Tali has also proven himself to be a stellar leader, having served for over a year as Quaestor of House Qel-Droma. During that time, he has been integral in guiding the overall storyline for the house and planning events and roleplaying sessions to encourage activity. He oversaw the fictional transition from Voidbreaker I to Voidbreaker II, which included multiple competitions and fiction updates. He ensures that the members are informed with his monthly reports, and immersed in the House storyline with monthly fiction updates. With the assistance of his Aedile, Aru, they revamped the Port Ol'val wiki to include improved descriptions of existing locations, including the new Qel-Droma Headquarters. He is also currently overseeing a Telegram RP that will decide the fate of the Qel-Droman fictional timeline. And, if that were not enough, he also worked with Kordath and Qyreiato evaluate and reorganize the Clan posessions.

On the back end, he keeps the Upper Summit informed with monthly updates concerning activity within the House. He has also taken responsibility for guiding newer members and has been awarded 2 Scrolls of the Master for mentoring Sera and Archian to JM4. Tali has received a Sapphire Blade for his outstanding conduct as a leader and member of the DJB, Clan and House, and he continues to do excellent work.

Tali has devoted countless hours of time and a seemingly endless amount of dedication to Arcona and the DJB. For all of his hard work and effort, I am proud to recommend him for promotion to EQ4. Congratulektions and well done, Tali!

Tali has been an ideal member as a Seer, and a fantastic helper on the Rollmaster side of things. Mentoring both Sera and Archian was a big boon, and helped establish both members within the club socially, the most important part of member retention. Tali has created engaging stories for both their House and the members around the Can, helping keep interest and driving activity.

The Lek-warrior has earned their EQ4, and I’m so proud to see it happen!

Having worked with Tali for roughly 1 year now has allowed me to experience up close his approach to the House and Clan. Tali gives 110% at all times and always strives to achieve better results than he has before. I have seen Tali steer our House fiction timeline towards an amazing plot and together with our esteemed members, he keeps developing it.

Tali is undoubtedly one of the nicest people I know, and that shows in his TG interactions. And not only is he nice, Tali is also an amazing teacher, having taught me all I currently know of how to lead a House.

And to wrap things on my end, I have come to like Tali even more with each day we work together, seeing him as a great friend in this whole community. It is my pleasure and honor to support this recommendation, for I truly believe that Tali deserves this promotion.
