Taranae Rhode once again has demonstrated to Clan Plagueis how valuable of a leader she is and how grateful we should be to have her in our ranks. Since her prior promotion, Taranae has served as Aedile and Quaestor for a cumulative twelve months, most recently becoming Quaestor of House Tyranus. She has organized or coorganized 21 competitions, participated in a whopping 187 of them, and has a glut of awards to boast about, including a Grand Cross, two Anteian Crosses, two Gold Novae, and seven Seals of Vision from the last GJW.

Tara has always been a welcome and warm presence on Telegram, serving as a reliable mentor for members. Despite coming down with a severe case of COVID and needing to be ventilated, she continued to communicate with her summit and her second in order to keep the clan informed and prepared. She has also managed to continue writing, completing over 11,000 words of it, and continues to be prolific in her lore building and her competition structure.

The membership is key to the clan’s success, and Tara has delivered on that front, mentoring several Plagueians that include Nayc Gai and Sarai Andromeda. We need more supportive leaders like Tara to keep new members active, engaged, and feeling welcomed.

Overall, Taranae has been a consequential and valuable member of Plagueis for many years at this point. We are honored to have her here as an integral support in our clan. From her competition creation to her mentorship, she has demonstrated time and time again that she deserves the highest of accolades.

Taranae was a true joy to have in Opress before she stepped up to serve as AED. She continues to be great to work alongside of. She has more than earned this promo. She is tireless and hardworking, and that was before she caught Covid and still did her best to participate.

Taranae Rhode's service as the Quaestor of House Tyranus has been particularly valuable. She displays a dedication and investment in the House, Clan, and Club that goes beyond what is present in most members. Her excellent collaborative skills are something I've experienced first hand as her Aedile and she puts in the hard work and effort to propel her fresh and interesting ideas to fruition. As a member new to leadership, I was quite nervous about taking the leap. Taranae's guidance and leadership as my superior has helped me learn a lot and made me feel more at home in the Plagueis summit.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and dedication are all qualities that Taranae brings to the table and only part of the reason why she has earned this promotion. Thank you, Taranae, and congratulations.

Taranae has been an inspiration to me as a leader and a member of Plagueis. When she stepped down as QUA of Ajunta Pall and I took over, she was more than helpful if I had questions. Especially since the only position I had ever held was AED, once in Tarentum and second time in Plagueis of House Karness Muur. Anytime there was something confusing; or I just wanted to talk about the House; or even just random stuff, she would listen, advise, and simply talk with me. I believe just in these merits of leadership and companionship, she has more than earned this promotion.

Taranae is a close friend of mine, being the person who introduced me to the club, something I'll always be thankful for. I had the opportunity to work with Taranae as my Aedile and she was always there if I needed her, always willing to provide input on ideas and proposals while also taking care of the more human responsibilities of leadership.

I can pretty confidently say that I wouldn't be here if it weren't for Taranae. For all of her valuable assistance, I'm happy to add my voice to those recommending her for this promotion.
