Donitz and I have spoken many times about Merlance, and we both agree that he is more than worthy of reward. When Donitz was selected as my Aedile, Donitz had ideas for Battleteam reform, and instituted them with the assistance of several new team leaders; Merlance is one of them. Merlance has taken his new duties with great vigor, and has helped to make Donitz's ideas a success in Yu.
