Revak Kur has continued to be a driving force for Odan-Urr. Since his last promotion to EQ3, he has racked up 54 organized competitions, 197 participated competitions, 5 PvP matches, 90 PvE activities, 15 Fiction Activities, 13,209 words of fiction, 2 Run On posts worth 1157 words, passed 33 Shadow Academy courses, gained 11 Shadow Academy degrees, and created 13 newsposts. He has also served Odan-Urr as Quaestor for 10 months, Appeals Panelist for almost 1 year, and Proconsul for 6 months. While engaging in these activities he has accumulated the following: 2 Amethyst Kukris, 7 Crescents with Amethyst Star, 14 Crescents with Sapphire Star, 6 Crescents with Emerald Star, 4 Crescents with Topaz Star, 1 Crescent with Quartz Star, 2 Pendants of Blood, 99 Clusters of Fire, 35 Clusters of Ice, 345 Clusters of Earth, 106 Clusters of Graphite, 2 Seals of Loyalty, and 27 Seal of Visions. I will delve a bit further into his AKs.
For his first Amethyst Kukri, he tallied up an impressive amount of activity for the club, was an excellent Quaestor for House Sunrider, was one of our most prolific community event hosters and attendees, developed a key leadership guide on activity assessments, and did a lot of work on the reorganization of our clan possessions to mention the highlights. For more details the full recc is here.
For his second Amethyst Kukri, he again tallied up an impressive amount of activity for the club, ran a House event (with fictions!) for Sunrider, has been an excellent Proconsul for Odan-urr, created a leadership guide for trello, published an updated Odan-Urr Novice Guide (helps explain our fiction), overhauled our incident reporting system, was one of our most prolific community event hosters and attendees, helped create the COU Holiday card, served ably on the Appeals Panel for the Justicar, and was my right hand man in the execution of Odan-Urr’s clan vs. clan feud with Plagueis. For more details the full recc is here.
For all the above, I recommend that Revak Kur be promoted to the rank of Equite 4! I know I say this a lot but thank you so much for the time and effort that you put into Odan-Urr. You’ve been an amazing Proconsul, Quaestor, and friend. I couldn’t imagine Odan-Urr without you. I’m excited to see what you get up to next. Congratulations and welcome to the highest of Equites!

For as long as I’ve known Revak Kur, he’s been a huge factor in driving the work of this Clan forward. Always ready and eager to help, always patient, and always determined to see Odanites reach their maximum potential. Revak Kur is a friend and mentor to myself and others within Clan Odan-Urr, so for those reasons, and all those listed above, I also recommend this well-earned promotion.

What can I say about Revak the Guide guy? To put it simply, he's awesome. Since coming out of Rogues a long while ago. I have always been able to talk with Revak, always been able to lean on him and ask advice. He has always been a welcoming friend, an open ear, and a passionate Odanite. He loves his Clan and desires only to do what's right by the people that call COU home. He is dedicated, loyal, a hard worker and fair. If anyone is deserving of this elevation, it's him.

Although Sunrider existed before Revak, the unit as it exists today is largely his work. Partly that's because of the year-and-a-half-long series of events and fictions he released under the Vatali Unsettled banner, but mostly it's because he has served as the backbone of the community. Even after leaving the house to take the PCON position, Revak has remained one of the most consistent people in chat, both on Telegram and Discord, and one of the go-to organizers for COU event weekends. Sunrider, born from a house merger during a time of great turnover in COU's membership, did not come into being with a strong community culture. It took months of summit-enabled group activities to get things to gel, and we have Revak to thank for most of the legwork it took to make that happen.
Revak and I barely overlapped in our previous times in COU—I think I mostly knew him as "the shuttles guy." But I'm very glad he came back to us and that I've have the chance to work with him on the summit. Congratulations, and welcome to the EQ4 club!

I've worked closely with Revak on a number of occasions, from Battleteam leader back in the day to Proconsul more recently, and his insight and experience have proven invaluable in our work together. From the outside looking in he is a driving force for the Clan, promoting competitions, events, weekly Clan activities such as gaming a fiction writing, driving the gears that make COU one of the top Cĺans in the DB today; and he is constantly pushing and encouraging members to be the best they can be and have fun while doing it. Privately he is a great friend and confidant in any situation, especially when it comes to Clan leadership matters. His advice and opinions have never proven poor and I'm proud to have advocated for his appointment to Proconsul in my stead. As someone who has worked in higher tier positions, who has handled Consul promotions and Proconsul recommendations before, and knows what it looks like when a great Clan leader leads for the right reasons - so the members of our Clan and club have plenty of diverse and enjoyable activities to do and, most importantly, so that they have fun in their time with us - I could not write this recommendation quicker. I believe Revak's promotion is somewhat overdo, but I guess this'll have to do. Congratulations, my friend, this is well and truly earned.
