Where many of the Elder rank and as accomplished as Val is in his Dark Brotherhood career might shine their focus on things outside the clan this has not been the case for Val Cole. Brimstone has brought out his participation numbers but he has done more than that. His reaching out and recruitment of rogue members, myself included, have brought members back to the Brotherhood. and Clan Vizsla.

With a near 100% turnover in the Clan Vizsla leadership in the past 3 months, Val has stepped in to educate first-time leaders. This is most apparent in his time with Brimstone. He has taught Brimstone the importance of awarding members, and how to identify those that need it, using the tools on the website. The fruits of his labor are readily apparent in the gusto that Brimstone himself is operating in both medal and promotion requests.
