Rai-Ho, formerly known as Justinios, cares. He cares so much that it hurts, and that makes him truly special. He purposefully goes out of his way to make things better not for himself, but tbe members of this club. That's not an opinion, that is a hard fact. I've honestly never worked with anyone so focused purely on the member experience in the club.
Firstly, lets talk numbers. Rai-Ho has participated in 94 competitions, organised 40 competitions and co-organised a further 5, including some from the last Rite of Supremacy, and some, even from Pro Bowl IV. That last one in particular is what I want to focus on. Despite being Fist, and despite having just being promoted to EQ4 at the time, he jumped in to help co-organise the Pro Bowl upon request for aid. He did this with no expectation of anything in return. That's the kind of member he is, and it speaks volumes of him.
In terms of the number of awards he's gotten, he's earned the following;
Amethyst Kukri x1
Steel Cross x1
Crescent with a Diamond Star x5
Crescent with a Ruby Star x4
Crescent with a Amethyst Star x11
Crescent with a Sapphire Star x6
Crescent with a Emerald Star x5
SA courses passed x 10
Degrees Earned x3
Next, I will highlight his time as my Proconsul. It was cut unfortunately short due to real life circumstances, but there's no denying the impact he had on the Clan that remains to this day, namely the creation of the Taldryan Artifacts.
Specifically, how they are awarded to the membership. Rai-Ho always has the members in mind no matter what position he's in. The way Taldryan awards its Artifacts is based on a participation system that still exists to this day, and is used every quarter to award members within Taldryan the Artifacts. This, was Rai-Ho's idea.
Next, I want to highlight the upcoming Taldryan event. Before the competitions were made, Rai-Ho came to myself and Teebu regarding an idea to have the competitions affect the overall story/RP based on participation numbers.
If you take a look at the Prologue Puzzle you can see the idea being put into practice, and it looks very promising.
I don't have anything further to add other than his time as Fist, which obviously, I can't say much about, but I want to take tbe opportunity to congratulate Rai-Ho on his promotion to Elder.
Congratulations!
