I can confidently say that over the last two months, Teebu has really surprised me and stepped up the ante as a Regent Staffer. He has been reinvigorated by our work on recently completed and incoming projects, working hard to bring new and exciting content to the Brotherhood's possessions system and keep things fresh. Just one month ago Teebu worked alongside the other Magistrate, Korvis, to spearhead implementation of our fifth booster release - Confederacy II - which saw a swath of CIS and "The Mandalorian" items hit the stores for both members and clans.
Since then, he's assisted so far on two additional projects: He was a helping hand during our recent switch up of the Celebration Store, which was focused on changing the way that store worked from its previous "special editions and rare items" vibe into strictly special editions you can't find anywhere else. He was also instrumental in development of Project Craft-'Em-All's new site trophy and superspecialgrantedcraftingmaterial item type costs, which have set the stage for the rest of this expansive project and have already been approved by the GM/DGM for us to continue working.
Without his efforts over the last two months, the Regent Staff probably would not already be well into the deep on Project Craft-'Em-All, which is a major change from how the previous iteration (Masterwork Possessions) was going to work and function and overall is a lot more effort. To thank him for his service, I'm support this award and am adding this recommendation for his first Amethyst Kukri.
Keep up the good work, Teebu.

Teebu's work on the Exarch Staff turned out to be the secret sauce I hadn't realized we were in dire need of. When it came time to batten down the hatches and go full speed ahead to ram the iceberg that was the metaphoric challenge of launching a first-of-its-kind Trophy-based society for the RP system, Teebu stepped up and performed where it mattered.
Wait, why was I talking about icebergs? Oh, right, challenges that look small on paper but end up being much larger when you look beneath the surface. One of the foremost challenges we faced when designing this system was "projecting" rankings based on the points we set up.
Teebu was able to take the existing data and create data model/simulations for us that helped us tweak/figure out the magic formula for how to account for RP Activity. In truth, the launch of the Envoy Corps wouldn't have happened as soon as it had if it weren't for his hard work and lots of manual data entry that was required to tweak and re-export the results.
Beyond that, Teebu was able to take the data and work with it in a constructive mindset. While there were some struggles through the process, I watched Teebu, I think, mature a bit and understand the gravity of launching something for the entire Brotherhood rather than just something that affects a clan.
He's been a great addition to the staff otherwise, engaging in conversations and debates and helping with the design and implementation of the reward structure and items. He's helped process a few RPs in the queue as well.
Thank you for all the hard work, Teebu. It's appreciated by me, and now, I hope, by the rest of the Brotherhood.
