For his part in maintaining the both the guild and the City in SWG while I was absent and for his part in the developement of the DBPA, Ohika has been recruiting for the guild on a regular basis and has always been participating in all our weekly gaming and mock war events. I know I have not issued a medal for a while and that has been because I wanted to make sure that when I do it would be worth while and well deserved and this is one of 3 PA members that truly have earned it.
