Braecen recently went through his first leadership review by Sarin and I and scored remarkably well. He has done an excellent job in his first two months as Consul and must be recognized. From his review:<br> <br> "Braecen’s personal performance is among the best within the Brotherhood. Braecen has shown a high level of timeliness and consistency in his work. He is efficient and communicates effectively. Specifically, Braecen has responded to requests from the Grand Master and Deputy Grand Master in record time. His Internal reports are detailed and informative. Braecen is also consistently keeping his superiors informed of developments. Braecen, though new to his position, has displayed a keen sense for what needs to be done. He realizes that there is work to catch up on in CSP and is moving fast at that. Most refreshing is his hunger for knowledge and his respect for advice. Braecen is a “sponge” for things that are told to him. He has responded very well to all advice given by his superiors.
