Well this is an interesting place to be. Long ago, in the before times, I took a chance hiring some guy from Taldryan as Praetor to the Regent. Now here I am, writing a rec for that very same Praetor turned Regent.

Since his last medal, Zxyl has been doing what good Regents do: living within never-ending spreadsheets and hammering the club with items.

What I always get the joy of seeing is the Zxyl that lives behind closed doors. The one in the back rooms with his head down deep in plans and hopes. He is always excited by the new things popping up in the Star Wars canon and driving inclusion and progression. Beyond that, he's not so comfortable in what is that he loses sight of what could be. He reassesses current systems as new deploys are made and new pathways are discovered. He asks, "could this be done a better way?" and isn't content until he's at least proposed a change that he thinks might be for the better. Zxyl is also focused on the member experience, especially this past GJW XVI where he was a constant voice trying to remind us of past mistakes so that we can demonstrate growth and offer something better.
