His work to AWOL inactive members, run the Tardoku competitions that are monthly, helping set up the Tridens history that is currently in the works. Welshman scours the roster and makes sure people who have met the requirements have been promoted and or rewarded justly. Even with his vast workloud in RL he maintains to be on IRC every chance he gets. His email turn-around is fantastic, same day replies, one all leaders should try to achieve.
