Cipher has not been a leader in Clan Plagueis for the longest of time, and yet already she has proven herself an invaluable asset to the Plagueis Summit. She releases reports that keeps the members up to date, provides insight into ideas put forth by various leaders, creates graphics for various members, and works on Wiki articles (currently she is updating the Kapsina history, as well as writing the Omicron Platform article). All of this she has done while being a good all around member, chatting on IRC, participating in competitions, and gaming... especially gaming. As Aedile, Cipher proved that she was ready to come back to leadership, and now as Quaestor she has jumpstarted House Exar Kun, and I cannot wait to see what she has planned for us in the future ~ CON Aabs
