To Whom It May Concern:
Over the last couple of months, no person within Clan Scholae Palatinae has dedicated themselves to the betterment of the Clan like Ric "Blade" Korbain. Blade has produced vast numbers of insanely cool graphics for our clan. The majority of these graphics are for the various planets in the Cocytus system. Caina, Judecca, Ptolomea
The planet doesn't matter, Blade is the dude doing the grunt work. These wicked cool graphics are an absolutely wonderful addition to the already existing background for the clan. Not only are they essential to the furthering of the clan's fiction, they require vast amounts of work. Each rendering Blade does must consume hours upon hours of his free time, but he does them willingly with a huge smile on his face.
Its because of these killer graphics that Blade has been come to known as the CSP Graphics Pimp. He makes such lovely images that many people would sleep with them. Beyond the obvious difficulty in doing so, these comments shown how much his influence has affected our beloved clan. I don't even know how many images he has made, but of the dozen or so that I have seen...They are all very well done. Blade is also able to conjure up images at the drop of a hat. One such image is the CSP fleet geared up with Battle paint for the IGs. It was not required that he make one, but the idea had been kicked around. Sure enough, though, Blade had an image ready for us the next day. Also, Blade has kicked up some cool images of Stormtroopers and our PCON Lucien, which look as if they were real ping-pong warriors. I can not imagine how much work it must take to come up with these things and I am continually surprised by them!
What more can you ask for? You want a killer image, then you get it ASAP!
Beyond that, Blade has proven himself a valuable cog in the CSP war machine. When asked to participate, he came out in full force. One such example comes from the recent inter-house conflict between House Dorimad Sol and House Caliburnus, where Blade greatly contributed to the ousting of House Caliburnus from the #1 spot in CSP. It is because of guys like this that we see the DB growing and evolving into a friendly working environment, where a little competition between friends makes every have a better experience within the DJB.
Blade is a great dude. Whenever we are on IRC, he is sure to join conversations. Doing so may seem like a small thing, but his comments build a tighter community within our house and clan. I can not elaborate enough on how good of a role model he is for newer and younger members.
All in all, The tangible work on the clan Graphics that Blade has done is enough to merit a handful of awards. Thanks Blade for everything you do for this clan and for this house. You rock! Congratulations!

Ric "Blade" Korbain is Scholae Palatinae's resident graphics wizard. There is little that he cannot do in the graphics realm and we count on him to produce nothing less than works of sheer art. His dedication to the landmarks and points of interest of the planets of the Cocytus System is second to none. He has taken pure text and turned it into something that our members will be able to look at and reference in their own fictions more believably because they've seen it with their own eyes.
In addition to his graphical genius, Blade is a constant flurry of activity within not only his Battleteam, but also his House and Clan. We hold Blade as one of Clan Scholae Palatinae's most trusted advisors and consult him on matters of Clan direction and purpose. His opinion is well met and counted on when taking important matters of Clan business into account. He has been instrumental in assisting me with several projects within the Clan, least of which is modeling our own set of troopers for further use in the graphical representation of Clan Scholae Palatinae.
It is my honor to award Blade with the Grand Cross of the Dark Side, the last step before the Sacramental awards.

Ric, a.k.a. Blade, has been the backbone of the graphics department in CSP. He has created a handful of images for both facilities, planets and people. he has put in countless hours crafting, tweaking and building from scratch the places that we in CSP call home. He has done so without complaint or search for reward, which is unheard of.
Also, his past experience in command positions have made him an invaluable asset when discussions come up for what to do next in CSP as well as helping lead his house in the recent victory of House Caliburnus. Is presence on IRC and his ability to be there when we need him no matter the project has made him a highly respected member of this Clan. It is with great honor that I recommend Ric for the highest of Cross awards. Now get back to work :P
