Medal Request: Anteian Cross OT Yzarc Rellik Kaeth (8734)

Zarc continues to be one of one Clan Plagueis' hardest workers. As a Proconsul, he finds enjoyment in seeing others succeed; often relegating him to duties as an advisor, a co-creator, a mentor and a proofreader. All of which are necessary, but thankless jobs in a clan.

The manifestation of his work can be seen in the development of the six clan competitions (Legacy of Ferran, Current Events, Braecen Said What?, Caption Contest, We Love Cake, Honor Guard). Some of these directly affect the future (and development) of Clan Plagueis, while others provide weekly avenues for participation. With the 'opening of the dam' strategy he suggested, we have seen a tremendous amount of activity from our membership. And I directly credit him with the recent gluttony of Dark Jedi Knights in Clan Plagueis; many of whom used those competitions as a catalyst to the vaunted rank of the Journeymen Class. He also maintains a ledger of the Clan's activity, allowing us to monitor individual activity and gauge readiness for elevations and awards. In addition, he proofreads countless entries to help member's succeed in the greater DB arena.

As a leader, he also has several responsibilities. He is required to report bi-weekly, advertise his competitions, check in with his leaders, make sure weekly mentorship e-mails are being sent, that clan & house mailers are being audited, posting a "Star Wars News" article for his clan mates, advertising the ICTE, working with Koga on the weekly JA class, Ood on the forums, and mentoring his two Apprentices PRT Vorn & JH Ralph. All of this requires voluntary time, effort and consideration to see Plagueis grow.
