Windos has shown a stellar amount of sustained activity in the past month. He is constantly on IRC mentoring newer members. He noticed when a younger member's Master's activity dropped off and took over the training even before "officially" becoming his Master. He has participated in every competition we have had for the last two months, writing quality submissions for all of them and placing in two of them. He is organizing a series of character development competitions to encourage some more activity, and to help our Journeymen improve their skills for the next GJW. He has become a crucial member of our House, and deserves a small token of our appreciation.
