Halc is another bastion of awesomeness for Taldryan and Dinaari. His return just prior to the start of the Rite of Supremacy was a much needed boost to Dinaari and he proved his worth once again, participating in five events and placing first in the final fiction (against Sarin/Raken no less). For helping Taldryan earn a second place finish I recommend Halc for a Steel Cross. Congratulations, Halc. And thanks. -- Shadow Taldrya

Halc is like superman. He's never around until you need him. When he shows up, you just know some dumb bad-guy is gonna be thrown into space. On a more serious note, Halc's performance in this RoS was spectacular and as a small token of our gratitude, here's a SC.
