Tsingtao has done a fine job as Quaestor since gaining the position. He issues good and regular reports, is in good contact with and keeps track of his members, has helped tremendously with the Clan Fictional Goals document we just finished, and is overall a solid leader. he also represents the Clan well within the overall Brotherhood ToR Guild. For his service so far, we wish to honor him with an Anteian Cross.
