I am recommending Blade to be promoted to the rank of GRD. Since his joining the house Blade has been nothing but major help to the house. Blade has shown his dedication to the house by having our hosue website. He has maintained it very well keeping the roster on there updated. And has just created a new Cestus Logo for the website.
