There are few people within the history of the Dark Brotherhood who have been as consistent in their vitrutes as DA Keidagh "Yacko" Cantor. Over the years, Yacko has displayed the strongest loyalty, the most furvent determination, and the the clearest vision. His dedication and superior motives are diamonds in the rough.

Since the split, Yacko has been a beacon of security for the Dark Brotherhood. His appointment to the position of Justicar is one of the finest decisions made by the Grand Master. Yacko has held his charge within the brotherhood to a higher standard and has committed himself to justice and fairness. The age of the unjust and unfair High Court was replaced by a more compassionate and understanding, yet fair and stern Chamber of Justice.

As the Justicar, Yacko has displayed the ability to control situations as they arise. He has helped to control the Message Boards, IRC Chat rooms and Comment Centers. He has lead members through fair trials and decisions of their peers. He has stopped problems before they errupted.

Further from his job, Yacko is a shining example of a great member. His conversation is light, his ideas are many and I value his wisdom above all else. He has been an invaluable asset to the Grand Master and the Dark Council. Without him, the Dark Brotherhood would not be what it is today.

It is with the above in mind, that I do hereby bestow upon Keirdagh Yacko all the rights and priveleges of an elevation in rank.

Yacko, you now join the ranks of Dark Jedi Masters. May your new power lead you to further glory, and may you know that the brotherhood is grateful for all that you do.
