Over the last few months, Rakhai has returned to impressive levels of activity after a brief stint away from leadership. Even before that, he served on the staff of the Lord Chamberlain, completing all projects before him. Yet he took his leadership to a new level in helping rebuild Exar Kun under Chi Long, and has made a marked impression on the Deputy Grand Master, Sith High Warrior, and all his Clan mates. When Chi-Long approached me about this promotion, there was no question in my mind that it was deserved; furthermore, the Sith High Warrior was of the same mindset and was in complete approval of it, as well. So sure were the leaders of Exar Kun that Rakhai deserved this promotion, they took the time to write up their own reccomendations. They are included below, and illustrate just how succesful Rakhai has been in leading his House.

Rakhai came to a Clan that was just recently regrouping from a chaotic chain of events - he soon joined House Ziost in early Feburary and became an Elder member that led by action (as Ziost had few leaders as such). As a Sith he crossed over his impressive piloting skills and earned a Bronze Nova in the K:RoS - showing his desire to help his House and Clan.
Soon after he was appointed the QUA of Ziost and since then Chi and I have never had to wonder about the stability of that House. Rakhai has done a great job to bring in old and new member alike - building an active CORE - representing Clan Exar Kun - mentoring his one day replacement Godo Nurok. His personal feats include mentoring and operating the day to day function of Ziost (Never seen a bad report from the man and he always knows what is going on with his members), hosting events that have helped bring the Clan more unity (moving Ziost to Byfrost, via fiction), participating in the 'For The Saber' RPG, Praetor to the Lord Pokemon (hegemon) and winning a bracket that brought CEK a dozen TIE-Ds to our hangars.
For all his amazing efforts it is hard for me to believe this exceptional member has not been awarded the rank of Sith Overlord long ago. BUT it brings me great honor to be part of this joyous occassion when one of the DB's best gets what is rightfully deserved.

In the time that Numaril has been with Exar Kun, I have been steadily impressed with his leadership qualities. Since taking over the Quaestor position, he has made sure that Ziost has become more active and integrated with each other. He took the position willingly, knowing that there were difficulties and succeeded in helping the House turn into a powerhouse in competitions. He has succeeded where many others have failed and has been instrumental in assisting CEK to where we are now. Working closely with his AED, Numaril has ensured that there are always new and fun competitions for the members of Ziost to enter. From my position as Clan Envoy, I have been very impressed with his members level of advancement and activity. Numaril is always there to entertain questions from his members as well as Summit staff, and has proven himself worthy on the field of battle on more than one occasion, even bringing home a squadron of TIEs to CEK. It is with great pride that I recommend Numaril for promotion to Overlord. Rakhai, I wish you luck in all your endeavors, may you soar with the eagles while keeping you feet firmly planted.

I would like to recommend Rakhai for promotion, he has been instrumental in the revival of House Ziost, turning a chaotic ineffectual house into a thriving one. This was acheived not only through his hard work and dedication but also by earning the respect and loyality of every member in Ziost. He hosted numerous competitions, was consistant in his reports and I could always rely on him for support and assistance. I have never worked with a member of his calibre before and I would consider myself incredibly lucky if I ever did again in the future.

I was hesitant at first to give control of an unstable house to a member I really didn't know so well. I decided to take a chance on Rakhai, and I'm very pleased to say he worked out better than I had hoped.
Rakhai has been a bastion of stability and rationality for a House that had been plagued with infighting and incompetent leadership. More than that, he has been an innovator and a partner for myself in restoring order and activity to both CEK as a whole and especially House Ziost.
His primary achievement has been the constant contact he maintained with the members of his house, spurring and encouraging activity, as well as making the members feel that their house summit is paying attention to them and cares that they advance and have fun.
He has also taken the time to get Godo ready to replace him as QUA, and so I'm not concerned at all about the future stability of the House.
For this and more, I recommend Rakhai for the rank of Sith Overlord! Congratulations, Rakhai!
