Fenn has proved himself more then deserving of this promotion as of late. He has been a consistent prescence in gaming nights, earning himself loads of medals and points for Tarentum. Not only that but he has a strong IRC prescence and I have found him to be of a remarkably good attitude. as such I feel he deserves this promotion.
