In the past little while Xaviar has shown some great activity. He earned some CFs at the last ICTE and created his ACC character sheet. Xaviar has proven that he is an active, participating member of the clan. I believe that at this time he deserves a promotion to Acolyte. Congrats Xaviar. -Ben
