Apprentice Phil has earned 6 clusters of fire recently. These come at an important time for House Ludo Kressh as we attempt to aid our Clan in the Obelisk Rite of Supremacy. I reccomend as Aedile he be elevated to Novice, as he has amassed the required points under CNS Master-Student guidelines.
