From HSK Envoy, KP Famosus: Raken has completed the tasks assigned by the Plagueis guidelines and is ready to advance from the rank of Acolyte.

I hereby reccomend him for a promotion to the rank of Protector.

Raken has had a good IRC presence, despite being a new member. He's also been active in taking SA courses, and keeping in contact via email.
