How does one express thanks to a member such as Frosty? His stable leadership has seen Gladius through trying times whilst also helping to stabilise other factors in the Clan. His readily accessible manner and casual, friendly conduct are one of the reasons for his successful leadership. He promotes gaming and activity yet does not force anything upon his charges. He is also not simply content to order people to participate, he holds himself to the same standards he expects his subordinates to uphold. Barely a week goes by without a number of CFs or other medals for Frosty arrive in my inbox because of his single minded drive to earn glory for himself and his Clan. My only regret is once more letting Frosty slip through the awarding net, itÂ’s been almost a year since his last promotion, a year filled with activity that goes above and beyond the call of duty along with a sense of duty that is still strong even after so long without a proper award.
